John Casablancas has done a lot for me. I was browsing the web and happened to see this web site. Of course people are complaining because the don't have money. It takes money to do anything in life. You also have to pay for college. If you child doesn't get a job after they graduated who is to blame? And that cost is a lot more. I learned how to work on set and how to book jobs. I also got tons of auditions on a national level. Don't know where else i would of gone. Thank you JC Chicago for everything.

John Casablancas really helped my child in this industry. Yes there is a cost for the training but they main thing is the auditions. When my child got acepted with JC Chicago she had no training at all. While going through the training and auditions my child booked her first national commercial. JC Chicago staff was very professional and helpful with guiding us through this industry. It was been 1 year and we are still with them. Now she has 1 agent in Chicago and 1 in LA. All the Agent are happy that we got our training with JC.

You may have had a good experience with your JC agency, I am sure their are major differences as with any franchise. Did you realize they are a franchise and I am sure they make 90% if not more of their money on hokey training for starrey eyed kids. I will just say this, the Boston franchise is not great, it's a rather scummy and scamy.

John Casablancas had made there employees and offered iPods and other rewards to students to make positive comments about there "business"

The fact of the matter is: They are a modeling school who only cares about your enrollment fee. They give everyone a "B" grade which means that you "have a great look, but you just need the training and skills to be a success in this industry."

They scam people because people actually believe that they are an Agency and will try and find them work, and although most John Casablancas locations have "agencies" usually called and MTM contained within the school, it is just a sales tool and they do not really find you any real work.

If you wish to get started in the industry, just contact real agencies (who will not charge you anything upfront and will only take a commission when they find you work). Real agents will work with you to give you the knowledge you need before going to a casting.

I would not pay for John Casablancas classes for two reasons:

1.) You really dont "need" it to work in the modeling industry.

2.) Their curriculum is outdated and is based on how the industry was run in 1988.

TRUST ME DONT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY!

Comments on JC is a great start to get in this industry.
